Regarding Dutch Law Wet DBA

We hereby declare that we operate in accordance with the Dutch Wet DBA (Deregulering Beoordeling Arbeidsrelaties). The services provided by Robin Chung are performed as an independent entrepreneur and do not constitute an employer–employee relationship for the following reasons:

No authority relationship (gezagsverhouding)

Robin Chung determines independently how the agreed services are performed. The client does not exercise authority over working methods, working hours, or execution beyond defining the agreed result. There is no hierarchical reporting line, performance evaluation, or obligation to follow internal employee procedures.

Result-based engagement

Services are contracted on the basis of delivering agreed results or value, not on an obligation of effort or hours comparable to employment. Robin Chung retains professional autonomy in the execution of assignments.

Entrepreneurial risk and investment

Robin Chung bears full entrepreneurial risk, including: - No payment in case of non-performance - Investment in equipment, software, and infrastructure - Commercial risk related to acquisition and retention of clients There is no entitlement to employee benefits such as paid leave, sick pay, or severance.

Multiple clients and market activity

Robin Chung actively operates in the market for both B2B and B2C clients, including parallel assignments and independent product offerings via digital platforms. Income is not structurally dependent on a single client.
